"Water Mane" story highlights Memphis' bad city planning

East Parkway & Poplar Ave - the intersection where Demarcus Dickerson, aka Water Mane, aka Gatorade Man, aka "water boy" (let's not make that popular, please)... sells water & gatorade to drivers waiting at red lights. He is generally in the top-left (NW) corner.
